1 Schwinn Stingray Metal seat tag that go on the back of Schwinn Stingray banana seats.   INCLUDES  2 RIVETS   These are real genuine made in USA Schwinn Stingray tags. These little badge emblems are great for upgrading a worn or bent or used tag on a muscle bike seat. Perfect for Orange Krate, Apple Krate, Lemonpeeler, Cotton Picker, Pea Picker or GreyGhost and for regular Stingrays TOO.
These came directly from Schwinn during their bankruptcy 25 years ago.
Here is a brief History of Schwinn tags over the years

Seat Tag Info - Stingray Saddles (not solo polos) first came out on the NEW mid-64 Super Deluxes. These were a new design seat from Schwinn in a white deep tuft style and had a MADE IN U.S.A. off to the right under Sting-Ray. This tag was found on all 64 saddles and into mid 65 including the early white smoothie seats. Mid-65 the PAT. PENDING tag surfaced and late 65 the PAT. NO. D-204121 started coming on all the seats thru 1971. 72-73 krate seats then went back to just MADE IN U.S.A. "centered" at bottom.
